The Shapes and Icons library houses thousands of high-quality icons to help you organize workspaces, document workflows, and facilitate effective collaboration.
Finding Icons
To access the icon library:
- Choose (Shapes and Icons) from the workspace toolbar. A customizable shapes tool panel appears.
- Use the search box at the top of the shape tool panel to search for icons.
- Results will be display within the tool panel.
- Click the icon to select it and click again to place it into the workspace. Alternatively, you can drag the icon from the toolbar onto the workspace.
- Once in the workspace, you can change the icons style by using the (icon style) button in the icon control bar.
Note: Some styles have fixed coloring while other styles allow you to select a color.
- Once an icon has been placed into the workspace, it will appear in the Recently used section of the Shapes and Icons tool panel.
Adding icon libraries to the Shapes and Icons Panel
You can add entire icon libraries to the shapes tool panel for quicker access:

Choose (Shapes and Icons) from the workspace toolbar. A customizable shapes tool panel appears.

Select the More icon libraries button at the bottom of the panel. The icon library window appears.

Browse the icon libraries within each category using the dropdown or type a keyword in the search field.

Select any collection(s) to add to your shapes tool panel.
- Any collection(s) you mark as checked will be saved below the Recently used section of your shapes tool panel once you hit Save. This adds all the icons from that collection to a collapsed list for tidy, quick access.
- To remove an icon library from the shapes tool panel, select More icon libraries. When the Icon library window appears, uncheck the icon libraries you want to remove and click Save.
Note: Your customizations to the shapes tool panel (for example, saved collections and icons you’ve recently used) will remain accessible from new or other existing workspaces.
Adding Icons to a Workspace
To place an icon:

Select an icon from the Shapes and icons tool panel.

Click into the workspace to place the icon

Alternatively, you can drag and drop the icon into the workspace.

Use the icon toolbar to customize the icon’s style, pin the icon, add reactions, and more.

Note: You may also see the color wheel in your icon toolbar. This option is only available for select icon collections and only appears when a style with no pre-existing colors has been selected.
