Icon Library Does Not Load in New and Existing Workspaces

The below topic outlines a known issue that members may encounter. Bluescape is aware of this issue and is actively working on a resolution.

When you attempt to access the Icon Library in a new or existing workspace, the Icon Library does not load.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new workspace from My Bluescape.
  2. Open the Shapes menu, intermittently the icon library is missing.

Workaround: Refresh the Web browser page to reload the workspace.

Resolution: The fix version is scheduled to be delivered in hotfix 22.07.3 on Thursday, July 14th, 2022.
