Workspace fails to load after adding a workspace in Microsoft Teams

In Bluescape, when you add a workspace in Microsoft Teams, and attempt to open the workspace tab, the workspace process stops responding at the Bluescape logo with only a loading screen present.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a Bluescape workspace in Microsoft Teams.
  2. Open the Workspace tab.

Expected result

The workspace loads successfully.

Observed result

The workspace attempts to load but stops responding at the loading screen.

To fix this issue, please clear your cookies/cache in MS Teams. The workspace should load as intended.
