Is there a maximum number of workspaces?

Yes. Trial subscriptions have a limit of 3 workspaces.

Note: Workspaces may be private, which means you may not be able to see that you have reached the limit.

Is there a maximum size per workspace?

Trial subscriptions have a maximum size limitation of 100 MB per workspace.

Once you have reached the maximum workspace size, you cannot upload more content.

How do I sign up for Bluescape?

On the main website, you can sign up for Bluescape from the pricing page. There are four packages to choose from; Free, Team, Business, and Enterprise. You can try the tier you prefer (Team or Business packages) for free before committing to a paid subscription.

Note: If you register for a trial in one pricing package (for example, Team), you will not be able to switch pricing packages (for example, purchase Business licenses) when you upgrade to a paid subscription.

Please read the Bluescape pricing packages carefully before beginning your trial.

How long is the trial period?

You will receive unlimited access to Bluescape for 120 days when you sign up for a trial.

Can I reactivate my account after my trial expires?

Yes, you can. For all reactivation inquiries after your trial has expired, contact sales@bluescape.com.

Note: Your account is deleted 30 days after your trial period expires. You are unable to reactivate your account after deletion occurs.

How do I upgrade from a trial to a paid subscription?

As a team owner, you can upgrade throughout your trial period.

You receive trial reminders during your trial period where you receive prompts to Continue free trial or Upgrade Now . Upgrading to a subscription plan is simple and can be done right within the product.

What forms of payment can I use?

You can purchase a Bluescape subscription with any major credit card.

When will I get billed?

Your card on file is charged on either a monthly or annually basis. This depends on the billing cycle you selected at checkout. We notify you when you have upcoming charges or if there were any changes made to your account. The email address associated with the account can expect to receive notifications from accounting@bluescape.com.

Note: If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk mail.

Can I add or remove team members on my Team?

Yes, you can add and remove members during your subscription. You can manage the number of licenses associated with your account.

Note: No refund is issued for removing licenses before your billing cycle ends.

Can I cancel my Bluescape subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and will be able to access your account until the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens when the workspace reaches this limit?

If a member reaches their organization’s space limit when attempting to upload/add more assets, they receive a prompt that explains the condition and provides an option to upgrade their license to unlimited workspaces.

What content counts towards the limit?

The total size limitation only includes uploads to the three workspaces, and maxes out at 100MB.
