Are you considering canceling your paid Bluescape subscription? We understand that doing so can be a difficult decision, but we want to ensure that you know your options and what you can expect if you cancel.
Before canceling, be aware of the following:
I need more help familiarizing myself with Bluescape
No problem! Bluescape has many valuable features, and we encourage you to browse the Bluescape Community for helpful guidance and tips on how to use Bluescape effectively. Our community comprises useful help topics and experienced Bluescapers who can offer suggestions, answer your questions, and provide support.
Can I downgrade to a different type of subscription?
Non-Enterprise customers can move content to their Bluescape Go workspace, which appears at the bottom of the Teams section. Bluescape Go includes most features and still allows users to access Bluescape. Bluescape Go allows up to two workspaces and 600MB of content. Bluescape Go is free, will always be free, and is a good option for those who still want to use Bluescape but don’t require all of the paid features. Learn more about the different tiers on the Bluescape Pricing page.
Note: At this time, you cannot directly downgrade from one paid tier to a different one. Enterprise accounts cannot be canceled.
What happens to my content?
Users continue to have access to Bluescape for the remainder of their paid license period. It is important to note that if you cancel your paid subscription and do not move your content to a free Bluescape Go account, you lose access to all the content you saved on Bluescape.
If you are considering canceling your paid Bluescape subscription, remember you have options. You can export and upload your content to a Bluescape Go account (two workspaces and 600MB of saved content) or cancel altogether.
For more information on exporting your content, see How to Export Assets from a Workspace .
Note: Your Team’s data (including workspaces, content, and associated users) will be deleted 90 days after canceling your subscription. If you wish to reactivate your subscription after you’ve canceled your plan, you must contact Bluescape Sales within 90 days. Members will still be able to access their Personal Space on a free Bluescape Go account after the Team is terminated.
