Download Files from a Workspace

Downloading a Single Asset

  1. Open a workspace containing an asset you would like to download.
  2. Select the document. A blue box appears around the asset you selected.

  3. From here, you may either right-click on the asset or press the :more_options: (more) icon from the menu that appears.
  4. Select Download.

  5. The asset downloads to your preferred download folder.

Downloading Multiple Files

  1. Open a workspace containing more than more than one asset you would like to download.

  2. Press and hold Shift and select the multiple assets for download. A blue box appears around the assets you have selected.

  3. Select the :more_options: (more) icon.

  4. A pop-up menu appears.
    a) Select Download to download the selected assets as a .png file.
    b) Select Download and ZIP to download the selected files in ZIP format.

  5. The assets download to your preferred download folder.
