Ghosts, goblins, and ghouls roam the streets, Hocus Pocus movies become a household staple, and Michael Jackson’s Thriller plays on repeat.

Features
Team Billing Permissions
In the October release, a Team Owner can now optionally delegate a member to be the Billing Administrator. This new role allows the Billing Administrator to:
- Manage Bluescape licenses
- Manage payments
Note: If no Billing Administrator is appointed, the Team Owner retains sole access to these permissions.
Text Consistency for Shapes
For October, we’re providing greater text consistency in Shapes to match that of other objects:
- Font size
- Font family
- Background colors
- Highlight colors
- Indenting and bullets
- Persistent text overflow icon

Bluescape Meet
Background Video Blur
Users may now choose to blur their background prior to joining a Bluescape Meet session by toggling Use Background Blur in the Audio & video settings menu from the Meeting lobby.
Your Audio & video settings are now retained for future meetings.

Rate My Experience
Authenticated users now see a Rate my experience window when logging off from a Bluescape Meet session.

Notable Bug Fixes & Improvements
Popsync Updates
In October, we’re adding more improvements to Popsync!
- Organizational Administrators can now control which image search providers are available to specific organizations
- Focused commenting on the position of an image is available:

Personal URL for Virtual Private Instance Customers
Virtual Private Instance (VPI) customers can now create their own personal Bluescape URL.

Mobile Meet Improvements
This month, we’re enhancing the Bluescape Meeting experience for iOS or Android users on tablets or mobile devices. Users can now join a meeting from a link, workspace, or a scheduled meeting in Microsoft Outlook. Mobile users can also start a meeting from a workspace, manage the Waiting Room, and have host capabilities.
