Forced login loop after trying to add content to a workspace

Occasionally, users get stuck in a login loop after attempting to add content to a workspace. This is due to an incorrect idToken being stored.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log in to Bluescape and open a workspace to add content.
  2. Begin attempting to add content by opening the shapes tool or uploading documents.
  3. You may begin to see ‘pulsing dots’ indicating the system is trying to load content/menus.

Expected result

You can add content successfully without being logged out of the workspace.

Observed result

After about 30 seconds, you will automatically log out of Bluescape and continue to experience this behavior.

Workaround

Clear your browser cookies and cache, then log back into Bluescape.
