A Content Asset May Become Unresponsive in a "Processing..." State During Uploading

In Bluescape, using the :add_content: (Add content) feature, when you upload content to the workspace (for example, a PDF document), the asset becomes stuck in a “Processing…” state.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a workspace.
  2. Select :add_content: (Add content).
  3. Attempt to upload a content asset (for example a PDF file).

Expected result

The asset uploads to the workspace.

Observed result

The asset becomes unresponsive in a “Processing…” state.
