Several aspects are limited or not supported:

  • Orphaned connectors are also excluded from PDF - If your PDF only has one connector, return to your workspace and select more objects for PDF inclusion.
  • At this time, hyperlinked text does not become a hyperlink in the PDF.
  • If a user selects a video or a document (for example, Microsoft Word), they only get the selected frame/page in the PDF output.
    • Note: This is only true when selecting multiple objects to export. On a single document (for example, .docx, there is no export option present.
  • Users can also export their entire workspace to a one-page PDF format file; however, large workspaces are difficult to read at a lower zoom level to accommodate a one-page output.
  • When using the Dark theme for Bluescape and exporting to PDF, the white text appears on a white document background.
  • Workspace reactions are not included in PDF exports.
