It’s March! The days are finally getting milder in the northern hemisphere and the sun is starting to shine a little more in the wintery areas! And who doesn’t love St. Patrick’s Day? 
We’ve been hard at work on new features and improvements to make your Bluescape journey more productive, fun, engaging, and exciting.
Features
Image Cropping
In the March (23.03.1) release, you can crop images that have been uploaded to a workspace to edit an image to only show the desired portion of the original uploaded image. This feature works with Popsync images and images you upload to the workspace.

Export objects to PDF
Need to export to PDF? We now have you covered. In this release, users can export a canvas, viewport, and individual elements to PDF format. Export single or multiple workspace canvases to PDF format.

Updated workspace layout
In the upper right toolbar, we’ve added a new tooltip, included a Meet now button, and updated “Share” to Invite for ease of use.
Template picker update
The Template picker experience has also been updated to include new thumbnails and a featured category.
Notes, Bug Fixes, & Improvements
Support for Apple Safari Browser
As of the March 2023 release, users who wish to use the Safari browser with Bluescape must upgrade to Safari 15.2 or higher.
Improved sign-up/invite to Bluescape
We’ve updated the invite and signup flows to make becoming a Bluescape member faster and easier to get started and get straight to your creative workspace.
Bug Fix: Deleted workspace email notification
Previously, after completing a Bluescape Meet session, if you did not edit the included workspace after ending the meeting, you received a confirmation email stating that the workspace had been deleted. In this release, new workspaces do not generate an email notification if unused during your meeting.

Bug Fix: Meeting terminated unexpectedly and you were unable to rejoin the meeting
We’ve resolved an issue where a user would join a meeting, and their session would terminate unexpectedly and be unable to rejoin the meeting.

Bug Fix: JPEG files appeared when searching Popsync for GIF files from Google Images
A condition has been resolved where a search for GIF files resulted in JPEG files in the search result. This issue is now resolved, and the correct file types return when performing a GIF search.

Bug Fix: Opening a PDF with the zoom level set to 4% caused images to render incorrectly
We’ve resolved an issue where PDF file images render incorrectly when opening the file in a workspace. In previous versions, when opening a PDF file in a Bluescape workspace, the image would render distorted if the zoom level of the workspace was at 4%.

Bug Fix: Selection area misaligned with selected objects in a workspace
Previously, when selecting a group of objects in the workspace, the selection handles and bounding box did not encapsulate the selected objects. The misalignment became increasingly apparent as you zoom out. This is resolved with the 23.03.1 release.
