Resending a Visitor Invitation

After adding a visitor to a workspace, the visitor must accept your invitation to access the workspace. If they have trouble finding the email invitation, you can easily resend it by following the steps below.

To resend a visitor’s invitation:

  1. Open the workspace you are sharing with the visitor.

  2. Select selectInvite(Invite).

  3. In the Share workspace window, find the visitor’s email address under People with access.

  4. Select the visitor’s permission level next to their email address.

  5. Select Resend invite in the drop-down menu.
     

The invitation email will be resent to the visitor’s email address.

Note: If you are a Team Owner or Admin, you can also resend a visitor’s invitation from Bluescape Home under Member Settings.
