I’m trying to invite a guest to my workspace but they told me they didn’t receive an invitation email. Please help.
I see that you are having a problem with the invitation not being received by the invitee. Here are some troubleshooting steps to take:
The invitee should check their Junk/Spam Email folder. Sometimes, the invitation email goes in to the invitee’s Junk/Spam Email folder depending on their email server security setups.
You can also try resending the invitation email: Resending a Guest Invitation
Once they locate the email, the invitee can access the workspace by clicking the blue button labeled “Access the workspace now” in the email.
They were able to find it in their Junk folder. Thanks!
