Adding a Bluescape Workspace Tab to a Webex Space

Using Bluescape

Bluescape now allows workspace editors to edit anyone’s link, including link expiry date and password reset. To access this functionality:

  1. Select the image button in the upper right of your screen.
  2. The Share menu appears. Under Public sharing, select Set up.

  3. The Create link menu appears. In this menu, you can set an optional expiry date and password.

  4. Select Create link.

  5. A link page generates for you to send to users. Select the Copy link button to copy the link to your system clipboard and send to new collaborators.
