Add Your Workspace to Webex Spaces

This app is currently in beta and requires a manual installation if you wish to leverage it immediately. Otherwise, we are working to have it available in the Webex App Hub soon.

Do you use Webex for your meeting needs? Bring Bluescape workspaces to these spaces quickly by leveraging our Bluescape app in Webex.

Add a Workspace as a New Tab in Webex Messaging

  1. Log into your Webex Teams space.
  2. Click the +Apps at the top of the space.
  3. Search for and select Bluescape.
  4. Log in to your existing account or create a new account.
  5. Select an existing workspace or create a new workspace, then click Add to Tab.
  6. Begin using your fully functional Bluescape workspace.
    Note: The workspace will remain as a tab on the Teams page until it is manually removed.

Add a Workspace to Your Webex Meeting

  1. Start your Webex Meeting.
  2. At the bottom of the meeting window, click the Apps button.
  3. Search for and select Bluescape.
  4. Log into your existing account or create a new account.
  5. Select an existing workspace or create a new workspace, then click Open together.
  6. Begin using your fully functional Bluescape workspace.
  7. If you wish to close the workspace before the meeting is over, click Stop session.

    If you cannot find the Bluescape App in the application list, make sure it is correctly installed for your organization to use.
    Note: If the workspace is not closed before the meeting is over, it will automatically be closed when the meeting ends.
