In Bluescape, when you log on as a viewer or commenter and access a Popsync canvas, a 
(Download) icon was present. This capability is not available for the viewer/commenter roles.
Steps to reproduce
- Join a workspace with a viewer or commenter role.
- Select an existing Popsync canvas.
- Open the Popsync control bar menu.
Expected result
The viewer/commenter should not have access to the (Download) option for a Popsync canvas.
Observed result
The (Download) icon is present for this permission set.
