I’m encountering a persistent issue with Bluescape; and I’m hoping someone here can help or has faced a similar problem. When working in a shared workspace; edits or updates made by one person aren’t consistently syncing across all team members in real-time. This is causing confusion; as some users see the updated content while others still see the older version; even after refreshing the workspace.
The main issues we’ve observed include delayed edits where updates to documents, sticky notes; or visual content take a long time to reflect on other users’ screens. Even after refreshing or reopening the workspace; some collaborators don’t see the changes immediately. There’s also partial syncing; where certain elements update for some users, while others remain out of sync. For example; a newly uploaded image ; a modified sticky note might appear for half the team; but others still see the previous version or nothing at all.
We’ve also noticed cross-device syncing issues. Whether we access the workspace on Mac; Windows; or mobile, the problem persists. This makes me wonder if it’s a broader syncing issue within Bluescape; regardless of the device or operating system being used.
Additionally; we’ve experienced lag when multiple team members are adding or editing content at the same time. This leads me to think it might be related to the syncing issue; though we’ve confirmed that our internet connection is stable and strong.
I have tried refreshing the workspace, logging in and out; clearing browser cache, and even using different browsers like Chrome and Firefox. We’ve also checked for system ; app updates and accessed the workspace on both desktop and mobile. However; none of these steps have resolved the issue.

Are there any additional steps we haven’t tried that could help resolve the syncing problems? Could this be related to the file types ; size of the content in the workspace? We work with large media files regularly. Also, is there a way to force a full sync across all users / reset the workspace to ensure everyone is on the same version?
