Attempt to open a workspace that does not exist, for example, one with a mistyped URL.
Expected result
A 404 error page appears with a message stating that this workspace does not exist.
Observed result
The 403 error page that appears allows you to request access to the non-existent workspace. If you select Request access, an error message appears at the top of the page.
