"Sorry, no matches were found" Error message appears after pressing Enter on the search bar to load results

In Bluescape, when you press Enter on the search bar to load results, a “Sorry, no matches were found” Error message appears.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log on to Bluescape Home.
  2. Using the search bar, attempt to search for an existing workspace within your organization, for example, Scott to search for “Scott workspace”.
  3. Press Enter to search.

Expected result

Your workspace appears in your search results and is accessible.

Observed result

A Sorry, no matches were found error message appears.

Workaround

If you know the name of the workspace you are looking for, you may be able to find your workspace by beginning to type the name in the search bar and using your mouse to select from an auto-complete list of workspaces.

Note: Not all workspaces appear when performing the workaround search. Only workspaces you own or have been invited to appear using this method, and you do not see public workspaces to which you have access.

This issue is resolved in the 23.02.1 Bluescape update.
