Why can't I scroll using my mouse to zoom in and out anymore?

I used to be able to use the scroll feature on my mouse to zoom in and out of the bluescape workspace but now it only goes up and down, help! Bluescape is almost unusable for me if I can’t easily zoom in and out.

Hi @Briana_Wilson Thanks for your question and welcome to the community.

It sounds like this may have to do with your workspace navigation setting.

Could you please confirm your setting? You can find this by clicking on the :more_options: Workspace Setting button next to your workspace name then hover over Navigation, from there you can select your preference.

When you select Mouse, you should be able to zoom in and out using your mouse’s scroll.
