We are seeing random touch marks on the Wall. Even when no one has touched the screen.
This is normally caused by a local issue with the monitor. In most cases, the below steps will resolve this issue.
• Tune the touchscreen’s sensitivity level.
• Try unplugging the touch cable on both ends, the monitor and pc - then re-plug them in.
• If the monitor is a MultiTaction or large Planar, dimming the lights in the room may help.
