"Oops, your PIN was incorrect. Please try again." Message Appears when Sending a Workspace to a Wall

In Bluescape, when you attempt to send your workspace to the wall, an “Oops, your PIN was incorrect. Please try again.” message appears.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Your wall client auto-updates to the most recent version of the Bluescape for Large Displays app.
  2. Following the update, the PIN appears in the lobby.
  3. Attempt to send the workspace to the wall using the PIN.

Expected result

The workspace appears on your wall.

Observed result

An “Oops, your PIN was incorrect. Please try again.” message appears.

Additional Information

This issue occurs for users who update their wall client on the 23.11.1 release. The wall client updates automatically to the new Native wall, and this condition occurs.

This issue does not occur for users who haven’t updated their wall client on or before November 9, 2023.

Workaround

As a workaround to this issue, restart the Bluescape for Large Displays app.
