"Sorry, an error has occurred..." Message Appears When Registering for a Bluescape or Popsync Account

In Popsync, when you sign up for an account on Popsync.io, a “Sorry, an error has occurred…” message appears.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new account using Popsync.io or from Bluescape.
  2. Populate the required fields, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit the registration.

Expected result

The sign-up process completes successfully.

Observed result

An error message appears at the top of the sign-up page.
