Error Page Appears when Signing Up for Bluescape Using an Email Address

In Bluescape, when you sign up for a free account by email, an error message appears.

Steps to reproduce

  1. In your browser, go to Bluescape and register for a Bluescape Go account using email.
  2. Fill out your Name, Company name, Job role, choose a secure password, and select Finish.

Expected result

Your account creates successfully and you are redirected to the workspace.

Observed result

Your account creates successfully, however an error page appears.


As a workaround to this issue, either refresh your current browser window or open Bluescape Home in a new browser window.
