Blank Screen Appears when Attempting to Open Popsync

With Bluescape, when you attempt to use Popsync, a blank screen appears.

Expected result

Popsync opens as expected.

Observed result

A blank screen appears to most users. If you are using a development console, a MIME Error appears.

Additional Information

This issue may occur for users following an update to Bluescape.


As a workaround to this issue, clear your cache and attempt to load Bluescape again.
