"400 Error" Messages or Placeholder Images Appear when Using Bing Images in a Popsync Search

In Bluescape, when you use Bing Images as a Popsync image search provider, 400 error messages or blank, placeholder images may appear instead of the expected search results.

Steps to reproduce

  1. In a Bluescape workspace, select the :poppy: icon to launch Popsync.
  2. Select Bing Images as an image search provider.
  3. Run your image search.

Expected result

Bing Image search results appear as expected in Popsync.

Observed result

Some images may appear as a blank placeholder, or a “400 Error” message appears.

This issue is resolved in the 23.11.1 Bluescape update.
