I wanted to combine the versatility of a workspace and the functionality of something like Microsoft Word collapsible headings. I used the intra-workspace hyperlinking feature.

Linking workspace objects to view branches / nested lists
It can be timely to set up; however, I find linking things incredibly useful for reviewing workspace content and creating content in a workspace that can be easily reviewed by someone else asynchronously.
A bonus, though, is that if you spend the time, the functionality of hyperlinking can be re-used. Templates save any link created where both objects are within the template canvas.
Here is a visual example of achieving smooth navigation, similar to collapsing specific nested lists to focus your audience’s attention.
Now, any collaborator in my workspace can move around easily!
