I can’t find the icon to insert an internet URL into a bullet outline in a workspace. It is not present on the toolbar the way it is shown in the community article that came up. I found a means to insert the hyperlink by saying “add link,” but it adds the link outside the outline of text I was creating. The ink goes outside the text box altogether.
@Norm_Litterini, you can add a link to text when you have the text box in edit mode. Once you’re in edit mode, highlight the bit of text you would like to link, and click 
(link) on the text toolbar to insert. Check out Adding Text to a Workspace for all text functionality.
