Image Watermark is Missing when Accessing a Workspace

In Bluescape, when you attempt to add a watermark to an image file, the addition of the watermark is unsuccessful.


This issue may be caused by any third-party ad-blocking software you may have installed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install ad-blocker software on your device.
  2. Go to Bluescape Home.
  3. Open a workspace where you have a watermark applied to an image.

Expected result

The image appears with the watermark overlay as expected.

Observed result

The watermark is missing from your image.

Additional Information

This issue appears to be limited to image files. Video files with a watermark are not impacted by this condition.


As a workaround to this issue, uninstall or disable ad blocker software.
