In Bluescape, using the Bluescape Native App, when you select the Always allow client.< instance name >.bluescape.com to open links of this type in the associated app, users can clear this setting by opening their default Web browser and clearing Cookies and other site data from All time.
Note: After cookies and site data clear, users should not check the box to Always allow if they do not want the app to open automatically.
To prevent the Bluescape Native App from automatically opening when selecting a hyperlink using an email notification:
Google Chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, select More.
- Select More tools > Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
- Select Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox:
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, select Firefox and select Preferences. Select the menu button. and select Settings.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
- Select the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog appears.
- Select Clear.
Microsoft Edge:
- In Edge, select Settings and more in the upper right corner of your browser window.
- Select Settings > Privacy > Search and services.
- Select Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now.
- Under Time range, choose a time range from the list.
- Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.
