How to Plan an Annual Fundraising Event / Cornhole Tournament

For two years in a row, my planning team and I have leveraged a workspace to plan our town’s Annual Cornhole Tournament. We use it to keep track of the decisions we make, the status of those decisions/items, use it as a repository for key documents (alcohol insurance forms, town applications, reservations, etc.), designed our logo for schwag giveaways as well as the championship trophy, and also have live links for our Google Forms for registration and feedback. We just finished our second year of doing this, were able to raise money for our local fire victims and their families, and even included the CU Boulder Color Guard and a live National Anthem singer this year! The best part is that we can just duplicate our canvas for next year and not have to start over from scratch. Bluescape is helping us make this event bigger and better every year.
