The below topic outlines a known issue that members may encounter. Bluescape is aware of this issue. |
There was an issue with the Wall update on Friday. Bluescape fails to install correctly after the update. This was fixed on Saturday, but we have seen several cases this morning on the issue.
Workaround
- Run “BluescapePackageTool.exe” from the target directory, typically “C:\Program Files\Bluescape”.
- This opens a dialog and selects “Add Component” and clicks “Next”,
- On the next screen, check the box that specifies the wall component (there should only be 1 entry).
- Go through the wizard, which is the interactive install wizard.
- This should install the wall successfully.
