Unable to Update Email Address on the Profile Page

When you attempt to update your email address on your Bluescape Profile, a Failed to save profile message appears.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log on to Bluescape.
  2. Access the My profile page.
  3. Attempt to update your name and email address.
  4. Press Save changes.

Expected result

Your name and email address update as expected.

Observed result

A Failed to save profile message appears.

Additional Information

Renaming your Personal meeting room does not appear to be impacted at this time.
