Unable to See SSO Workspaces After Logging On to Bluescape

The below topic outlines a known issue that members may encounter. Bluescape is aware of this issue and is actively working on a resolution.

As a user in a Single-Sign-On (SSO) organization with OpenID Connect (OIDC) enabled, when you log on to Bluescape, the workspaces you expect to see are not present.

Additional Information

This issue occurs because logging on with OIDC gives you the same access rights as when you log on using Bluescape Identity Provider (IDP). As a result, you are unable to see your SSO organizational workspaces.


As a workaround to this issue, log off Bluescape and log back on using the proper identity provider.
