Evaluate a Product Offering with the Value Proposition Template

You can use the Value Proposition template when trying to refine an existing product or service or when developing a new offering from scratch. The goal is to ensure that a product or service is positioned in line with customer values and needs.

This template has two main areas: the company’s value proposition on the left side of the canvas and the customer profile on the right. Fill in each section with notecards, images, or text to help facilitate your group’s discussion.
