You can share your custom templates with fellow Bluescapers! If you are an Admin, you can share templates with all members in the Organization.

To share a custom template:

Click the name of the template to open the canvas toolbar.

Click
more options. A Context menu opens.

Click Create Template.

The Add Template window opens. Click the Share Template toggle to the right to set it to the blue “on” position.

Click Next.

To share the template with certain members only, click the Share with individual(s) option.

Type the email address(es) of the member(s) you want to share the template in the Email Address field.

Click their name(s) from the drop-down list to select them.

Use the drop-down menu to assign each collaborator a member role when accessing the template. Select Editor if you want to allow them to update the template. Select Viewer if you do not.

Click Add.

Click Share.
Your shared template will appear in the template picker for the individuals specified.
If you are an administrator, you can share the templates with all members in your organization. To do so:
- Click the Share with organization option in the Share Template window. Note that everyone in the organization can view the template, but only you may edit it.
- Assign the template a category using the drop-down menu.
- You can also assign the template a new category by clicking the Add new category button.
- The Add new category pop-up opens. Type the desired name in the Template Category field.
- Click Add.
- Click Share.
The shared template is now available for the entire organization!
