The Business Model template allows you to describe your company’s business model, illustrating alignment with activities and their potential trade-offs. There are nine building blocks of the template describing your value proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances.
Fill in two copies of this template- one with your business model as it is today, and one with your vision of the business in some future time (for example, three years from now). Start with the Value Proposition box, then work on the remaining boxes on the left, right, and bottom.
