"Box could not be loaded..." Error Message Appears when Accessing the Box Integration

In Bluescape, with the Box integration present, when you access the toolbar, the Box icon is missing.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Bluescape Home.
  2. Open a workspace.
  3. Access the toolbar.
  4. Select the Box icon.

Expected result

The Box log on dialog appears.

Observed result

When you select the Box icon, a “Box could not be loaded. Please check your internet connection and ad blocker setting, then try again. If this persists, contact Bluescape support.” error message appears. If you refresh the page, the Box icon is missing.

The box dialog now appears fine.

This issue was resolved via a third-pary update by Box. The error message no longer appears in Bluescape.
