In Bluescape, when you access the Analytics Dashboard and you attempt to download a user inventory, a “Token is expired” message appears.
Steps to reproduce
- Log on to Bluescape as an Org Admin.
- Open the Configuration Center.
- Select Analytics. The Analytics Dashboard appears.
- Download any dashboard to CSV.
The dashboard downloads the file as expected.
When you open the CSV file, a “Token is expired” message appears.
This issue occurs because you are logged off/timed out of your session and your token is expired.
To resolve this issue, close all browsers and re-launch Bluescape.
