Option to set custom colors as default colors across all team workspaces 🎨

Continuing the discussion from Add Custom Fonts to a Workspace where a similar use case was mentioned:

Color , just like font , is a great example of how to give teams greater customizability in Bluescape settings for when a workspace or workspace content is shared externally.

This would be a cool feature/setting to see in the future…
