Breakout Group
When you’re in a meeting with a large group of people, it can be hard to gain everyone’s ideas and thoughts on a project—assigning your teams into private breakout groups to bounce off ideas and promote diverse conversations. Smaller groups can benefit team members who prefer to speak up in a breakout environment.
When creating a breakout group in the workspace, here are a couple of points to consider:
- Who is attending?
- Define your activity instructions.
