There are two ways to add computer files to the workspace:
- Use the workspace content toolbar to browse your device for files to upload
- Drag files from another window and drop them into Bluescape
To add a file via the workspace toolbar:
Select (Add content) from the workspace toolbar. The Add content menu appears.
Select Upload. Your computer file structure opens.
Locate and select the file(s) you want to upload.
Select Open to add the selected files to your workspace.
BluePro Tip: You can organize multiple files into customized columns and rows.
To drag and drop files:
Select one or more supported files from your computer.
Drag the selected files from their location into the workspace.
Release (or drop) the files once moved into the workspace successfully. These files now become workspace assets.
BluePro Tip: Once uploaded, you can align assets to organize and layout the content.
