How you spend your time during the work week is incredibly vital to moving larger projects forward. Setting a task-based weekly schedule allows you to organize and prioritize tasks successfully and holds individual team members accountable for their work.
Prioritize what you need to complete each week using notecards based on priority level. Assign tasks based on high priority (orange notecards) or regular tasks (yellow notecards) and distribute these tasks across the workweek by moving individual notecards to a specific weekday.
