Drawn Strokes are Blurry at certain Zoom Levels in a Workspace

In Bluescape, when you use the Strokes function at certain zoom levels in a workspace, the drawn strokes turn out blurry.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to any workspace.
  2. Add an image to the workspace.
  3. Enlarge the image.
  4. Draw pen strokes over the image.
  5. Observe the stroke. Notice the stroke is blurry until released.

Expected result

The stroke should be clear throughout the drawing process.

Observed result

Strokes are blurred while drawing at a certain zoom level but render correctly once released.

This issue is resolved in Bluescape Hotfix 23.05.4.
