Workspace Settings and Details from My Bluescape

You can access and edit workspace settings and workspace details from My Bluescape.

Workspace settings

Workspace settings consist of the following:

  • Show Canvas
  • Show Reactions
  • Show Grid

To edit your workspace settings:

  1. Locate a workspace you own on the My Bluescape page.

  2. Click the more_icon (More options) button.

  3. A context menu opens. Click the View Settings option.

  4. The Workspace settings menu opens.

  5. From here, you can change the following:

  • Show or hide the canvas
  • Show or hide reactions
  • Show or hide the grid

Accessing Workspace Details

You can access the Workspace Details screen for more Workspace options.

To access these options:

  1. In your Workspace, click the more_icon (More) icon > Go to workspace Details.

  2. The Workspace details menu opens.

  3. Click the more_icon (more) icon. The Workspace details menu opens.

  4. From here, you can perform the following actions with your workspace:

  • Share
  • Send to Wall
  • Duplicate
  • Archive
  • Report Workspace issue
  • Settings
    • Rename your workspace
    • Change workspace owner
    • Change organization
    • Add a Workspace description
