# "Something went wrong" Error Message Appears when Attempting to Join a Meeting as an Anonymous Mobile User

In Bluescape, using the mobile app, when you attempt to join a meeting as an anonymous user, a “Something went wrong” error message appears.

# Steps to reproduce

Using the mobile app, attempt to join a meeting as an anonymous user.

## Expected result

You are able to join the meeting.

## Observed result

A “Something went wrong” error message appears. You are unable to join the meeting using the mobile app.

This issue is resolved in the Bluescape 23.10.1 release.
