Share button and dialog may not be visible by the workspace owner/editor when using the Bluescape web client

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log on as the owner or editor of a workspace.
  2. Access your workspace using the web client.
  3. Go to access the Share button button at the top right of your workspace.

Expected result

The Share button is present, and the Share dialog appears.

Observed result

No Share button is present.

Workaround

As a workaround to this issue, attempt the following:

  • Refresh the workspace. This may correct the issue.

  • Access Bluescape Home. On the associate workspace tile, select the :more_options: (More options) button. Select Share to modify your Share settings.

  • If you are using Bluescape in a web client, you can try switching to the Bluescape native app.
