- Open a Bluescape Meet invitation in your email.
- Select a dial-in number.
Expected result
You connect to the meeting as expected.
Observed result
An “Invalid meeting ID” message appears when accessing a meeting using this method.
Additional Information
This issue appears to be limited to mobile customers using a non-wifi connection.
Workaround
As a workaround to this issue, connect your device to wifi and try accessing the connection again.
