In Popsync, when you multi-select and download image results from Getty Creative, a blank .png file downloads instead of the expected download file.
Steps to reproduce
- Use Popsync to download images from Getty Creative.
- Multi-select two or more images.
- Select the
(More options) menu. - Select Download (not the Download as zip option).
Expected result
Images download to a group .png file that you can view as a single image composed of the images you select.
Observed result
A blank .png file generates.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the 23.03.1 release of Bluescape.
