The Shapes and Icons library houses thousands of high-quality icons to help you organize workspaces, document workflows, and facilitate effective collaboration.
Finding Icons
To access the icon library:
- Choose
(Shapes and Icons) from the workspace toolbar. A customizable shapes tool panel appears.
- Select More shapes and icons.
Pick more icons for quick access
To customize what icons appear in your shapes tool panel:

choose a category on the left side from the Shapes and icons library.

Browse the associated collections using the dropdown or type a keyword in the search field.
You may also change the style of the icon from the star to the right of the search field. Note: This option is only visible for some collections. -
Select which icon(s) or collection(s) to add to your shapes tool panel.
- Adding icons: Any icon(s) you select will immediately be added to the Recently used section of your shapes tool panel, even before you select Save.
- Adding icon collections: Any collection(s) you mark as checked will be saved below the Recently used section of your shapes tool panel once you hit Save. This adds all the icons from that collection to a collapsed list for tidy, quick access.
- To browse your customized shapes tool panel, expand collections to view all associated icons. You can also search a keyword; results will populate from your saved collections.
Note: Your customizations to the shapes tool panel (for example, saved collections and icons you’ve recently used) will remain accessible from new or other existing workspaces.
Adding Icons to a Workspace
To place an icon:

Select your choice from the shapes tool panel.

Hover over the area where you’d like to place the icon in your workspace. A blue box appears.

Click the workspace to place the icon, and the Icon Toolbar appears.
Note: Icons can also be placed and resized simultaneously using click and drag.

Use the icon toolbar to customize the icon’s style, pin the icon, add reactions, and more.

Note: You may also see the color wheel in your icon toolbar. This option is only available for select icon collections and only appears when a style with no pre-existing colors has been selected.
